When will my order ship?

Rep The Lamb operates on a made-to-order model for this collection. 

Each item is produced after your order is placed. Please allow 7-14 business days for production before your order ships. 

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped immediately. 

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We aim to keep shipping rates as affordable as possible while ensuring reliable and secure delivery.

How long does shipping take?

After your order has shipped:

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or your location.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Are your collections limited?

Yes. Many Rep The Lamb collections are limited releases and may not restock once sold out. This allows us to maintain intentional and meaningful drops.

Core pieces may restock periodically.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At Rep The Lamb, every garment is carefully produced and inspected before shipping.

Because many of our collections are limited releases, all sales are considered final.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly make it right.

Please email repthelamb@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

    •    Your order number

    •    A clear photo of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement.

How do your shirts fit?

Our tees are printed on premium heavyweight blanks and fit true to size with a structured, slightly oversized feel.

If you prefer a slimmer fit, consider sizing down. Please refer to the Size Guide for exact measurements.

How should I care for my garment?

To preserve print quality and fabric integrity:

    •    Wash cold

    •    Wash inside out

    •    Use mild detergent

    •    Do not bleach

    •    Hang dry preferred (tumble dry low acceptable)

    •    Do not iron directly on the design

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun. If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once the production process has started.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout. Rep The Lamb is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before shipment.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system.
