All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at mailto:repthelamb@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

 

All claims are subject to review and approval by Rep The Lamb.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Normal wear and tear
  

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
